Wilberforce has over Ten years of experience in tax consultancy with experience in the provision of general and specialized tax health check, tax compliance services and regulatory reviews.

He has also been involved in offering strategic tax planning and tax advisory to various clients within the region. He has a wealth of experience in corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and reorganization, due diligence reviews, computation of corporate and business tax liabilities, tax trainings, employees compensation structuring, corporate tax, WHT, personal tax and VAT reviews, and VAT refund audits and certification.

He has successfully represented our clients both at the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the Tax Appeals Tribunal (TAT)

He holds a Bachelors Degree of Commerce in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. (JKUAT). Wilberforce is also a certified Public Accountant of Kenya.
